Excavation: Iowa One Call Online Complaint Form

Any person with knowledge of an excavation at or near an underground utility that was conducted potentially in violation of the “Iowa One Call” statute, Iowa Code chapter 480, may complete this complaint form. The Attorney General's Environmental Law Division will use this form as the first step to determine if there was a potential violation of the One Call statute. The Division is not obligated to act on any information that is submitted, and will contact you only in the event that the Division proceeds with an investigation.
