Performance Reports
All subrecipients are required to submit performance reports. Performance reports are an essential part of communication between programs and funders. These required reports provide updates on the progress of the funded programs as well as supply required statistical information.
Depending on the funding stream(s) awarded, data collection and narrative responses for reports will be completed and submitted in various ways.
Failure to submit performance reports in a timely manner can result in disciplinary action up to and including, suspension, reduction, and/or termination of funding.
Additional information on reporting for grant subrecipients may be found in the Chapter IX. Reporting Requirements .
