Victim Assistance Grant Manual

The information in this grant manual is provided by the Victim Assistance Section (the “Section”) of the Iowa Attorney General’s Office and is intended for use by all victim services grantees.

The intent of this manual is to serve as a guide for managing state and federal victim assistance grants. Much of the content in this manual is from federal sources such as the OMB Uniform Guidance, and the DOJ Financial Guide and is not intended to override state or federal rules or statutes.

The grant manual is divided into several sections such pre-award requirements, post-award requirements, financial, programmatic, allowable and unallowable costs and information specific to funding sources.
