CVAD-Grants Manual

This information is provided for use by all subrecipients receiving grant funds administered by the Victim Assistance Section of the Iowa Attorney General's Office.  This guide is to serve as reference for the financial and programmatic requirements and responsibilities of projects funded through the AG's office. It is not intended to replace, or override state and federal rule and statute. Subrecipients of federal grants must adhere to all requirements in the DOJ Grants Financial Guide and the OMB Uniform Guidance and the applicable Compliance Supplement.
