Performance Reports for Funded Programs

Performance Reports

All VSS programs are required to submit performance reports.  Performance Reports are an essential part of communication between programs and VSS Staff. These required reports provide updates on the progress of the funded programs as well as supply required statistical information. All VSS funded programs are required to submit Performance Reports on a bi-annual basis.

Depending on your funding stream, your reports will be completed and submitted in various ways.

If you receive Violence Against Women (VAWA or VW) funds, you will need to complete an annual VAWA Report for the current calendar year.  The report is an Adobe file.  Click here for instructions.  Click here for the report.  The report is due February 15 for the previous calendar year.

If you receive Sexual Abuse Service Program (SASP or SF) funds, you will need to complete an annual SASP Report each calendar year.  The report is in an Adobe file.  Click here for instructions.  Click here for the report.  The report is due February 15 for the previous calendar year.

If you receive Family Violence Prevention & Services Act Grant (FVPSA or FV) funds, you will need to complete an annual FVPSA Report for reporting year 10/1/'previous year' to 9/30/'current year'.  Click here to download the report.  The report is due November 15.

If you receive Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) funds, you will need to complete quarterly VOCA Reports for reporting period 10/1/15 - 12/31/15, 1/1/16 - 3/31/16, 4/1/16 - 6/30/16, and 7/1/16 - 9/30/16.  The deadline for these reports are January 30, April 30, July 31, and October 31.  Click here for VOCA definition information.  Click here for the report.

All programs receiving VSS funds, must complete a Biannual Performance report.  The reports are in Excel file.  Below is a list of reports by type of program.  The deadlines for those reports are February 15 for the reporting period of 7/1-12/31 and August 15 for the reporting period of 1/1-6/30 of each state fiscal year.
