Iowa Cold Case Unit

Established in 2023, the Iowa Attorney General's Office Cold Case Unit assists local law enforcement with unresolved homicides, missing-person cases involving suspicious circumstances, and unidentified human remains. Experienced investigators and prosecutors work in partnership with sheriff's offices and police departments to prioritize and investigate these cases.
