Professional fundraisers must register with the Office of the Attorney General before soliciting contributions in Iowa on behalf of charitable organizations.

Note: The professional fundraiser must also complete a Charitable Organization Disclosure Form, online or printable, for each charitable organization in Iowa for which it solicits funds, regardless of where the funds are solicited.
