Job Details
Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird seeks an assistant attorney general to primarily represent the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services in administrative hearings involving child welfare matters, including child abuse registry appeals and other responsibilities in ensuring the wellbeing of children and dependent adults in the State of Iowa.
A successful candidate will be passionate about public service and committed to protecting children and other victims, supporting law enforcement, and achieving justice for Iowans involved in the juvenile justice system.

Requirements
Admission to practice law in Iowa is required.
Salary range is $55,952–$135,262.40, depending on experience.
