Civil Rights

The Civil Rights Division represents the Iowa Civil Rights Commission in enforcing the Iowa Civil Rights Act, as well as other state and federal statutes that prohibit discrimination in employment, public accommodations, housing, education and credit by investigating and litigating civil rights complaints.
